Requesting Services
-
Requests for interpreting or transcription services must be made at least three weeks before the start of each semester. Submit requests in person or by email to Disability Services, along with a current class schedule.

Notify Disability Services by phone or email at least 72 hours in advance if you will miss a class.
-
After three "no-show/no-call" occurrences in a semester, services will be suspended for that semester. You must meet with the Director of Disability Services to discuss reinstatement.
-
Interpreter cancellations less than 48 hours in advance result in charges to the department or program.
-
For interpreting/transcription services lasting more than one day, cancellations require at least two weeks’ (10 business days) notice to avoid charges.
