Blinn College Park Apartments
Minimester - Classes begin Monday, May 12, 2025
- Must be registered for a minimum of 3 credit semester hours
- Check in: Friday, May 9, from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Check out: Thursday, May 29 by noon
- Room charge is $435
- A meal plan is not available for May minimester
Summer I - Classes begin Monday, June 2, 2025
- Must be registered for a minimum of 4 credit hours
- Check in: Friday, May 30, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- Check out: Wednesday, July 2 by 10 a.m.
- Room charge is $715
- Meal plan is $400 (15 meals a week, 3 meals per day, no meals on the weekends)
Summer II - Classes begin Monday, July 7, 2025
- Must be registered for a minimum of 4 credit semester hours
- Check in: Wednesday, July 2, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
- Check out: Wednesday, August 6, by noon
- Room charge is $715
- Meal plan is $400 (15 meals a week, 3 meals per day, no meals on the weekends)
How to apply:
- Log into your myBLINN account.
- Navigate to the Student Housing card.
- Click on Housing Application.
- Select the application term you are applying for.
- Read and agree to the Housing Agreement, then complete the application questions.
- We will charge your myBLINN account a $50 Summer application fee.
- Room assignments for summer will be in The Blinn College Park Apartments.
- You will receive notification of a room assignment to your Blinn email.
- The charges for your room and meal plan will need to be satisfied prior to check in. There are no payment plans for summer.
